Who are the HSA?
Every parent/carer automatically becomes a member of the HSA when their child starts in year 7. We hold regular meetings which are always attended by at least one member of the Senior Leadership Team. We have the opportunity to gain an insight and even influence school practices and policy as well as organise activities to fundraise for equipment and experiences to enhance student learning.
As happens every year when students complete their time with the school we have had members leave, and although we have had a few new parents/carers register their interest in helping us so far this term we will always welcome more. Whether you wish to just attend our meetings and find out more about the school or you have some time to spare and wish to help us with selling refreshments at school events (which is one of our most important fundraising activities) we will be happy to see you.
