If you have a serious complaint or not had your issue resolved
Call 02380 862981 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for escalation to Senior Staff (SLT) and state that you would like a member of SLT to contact you as soon as possible. Such instances will be acknowledged within 48 hours (2 school days) and replied to in 5 school days or 20 days if an investigation is required.
You may wish to come in to school and ask to speak to someone directly; a duty member of staff or SLT will be able to hear your concerns. If SLT are unable to resolve your concern, please write to the Headteacher via email@example.com or in writing.
